FAQs about payment and billing.

Pricing models, cards, invoices, refunds, taxes — everything money-related about Onremo and the systems on it.

  1. How does pricing work?

Onremo doesn't charge a platform fee. Each system has its own price set by the dreamer who built it: one-time, monthly subscription, or usage-based. You pay only for the systems you buy.

  2. Which currencies do you accept?

Onremo charges in USD by default. We accept payments through Stripe, which supports cards issued in virtually any country. The customer's bank applies its own exchange rate to convert to local currency.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer (for annual subscriptions $500+). Card details are stored in Stripe's vault, never in Onremo's database.

  4. How do I get an invoice?

Every purchase generates an invoice automatically. Account → Billing → Invoices. Download as PDF or bulk-export as CSV. You can also auto-forward to your accountant. Detail: downloading invoices guide.

  5. Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase. If you've not yet used the system, you get a full refund. If you've used it, the request is reviewed case-by-case. Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but don't refund the current period (unless within 14 days).

  6. How is VAT/sales tax handled?

VAT and sales tax are calculated automatically based on your billing address. EU customers see VAT on their invoice; US customers see sales tax where applicable. Business customers can enter a tax ID to apply reverse-charge or be exempted where eligible.

  7. How do subscription renewals work?

Subscriptions auto-renew on the same day each month (or year). The default payment method is charged. We email you 7 days before the renewal so you can change methods or cancel.

  8. What if my card fails on renewal?

We retry 3 times over 7 days. You receive emails about each failure. If all retries fail, the subscription is paused (not canceled). Update your payment method and reactivate from Account → Subscriptions.

  9. Can I switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa)?

Yes. Account → Subscriptions → click the system → Change plan. Switching to annual is immediate with a prorated charge. Switching to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual period.

  10. Is there a discount for annual billing?

Most systems offer 15-20% off when paid annually instead of monthly. The discount is set by the dreamer, so it varies per system.
