KVKK

Turkish Personal Data Protection Law

Core principles

Lawfulness: Data is processed only for lawful reasons.

Purpose limitation: Data is used only for the purpose for which it was collected.

Minimization: No more data than necessary is collected.

Accuracy: Data is kept current and correct.

Retention period: Not stored longer than necessary.

What is Verbis?

Data Controller Registry. All organizations processing personal data must register. It's a declaration of what data you collect, for what purpose, from where, where it's stored, and to whom it's disclosed.

Verbis registration is mandatory for companies with annual revenue over TRY 100M or 50+ employees.

Onremo's KVKK status

Onremo is a registered data controller in Verbis. All data-processing flows comply with KVKK. User data is processed only for service delivery and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
