Configure your notifications.

Control which events trigger email, push, or in-app notifications — per channel, per category.

3 min read Settings

Onremo sends notifications for three reasons: account events (login, password change), team activity (someone invited you, shared a system), and system events (your purchase completed, an invoice is ready).

Every category can be turned on or off independently per channel (email, push, in-app).

Step by step

1. Go to Account → Notifications

Click your avatar, choose 'Account,' then 'Notifications' in the left nav.

2. Set channel defaults

Three master toggles at the top: Email, Push, In-app. Turn off any channel entirely if you want.

3. Configure by category

Below the master toggles, each category (Security, Team, Billing, System events) has its own per-channel switch. Mix and match.

4. Set quiet hours

Toggle 'Quiet hours' to silence push notifications during specified times (e.g. 10 PM – 8 AM). Email and in-app aren't affected.

5. Save

Changes save automatically. The next notification will respect the new settings.

Tips and common situations

Keep security notifications on

Even if you turn everything else off, leave Security on for at least email. You want to know about new logins, password changes, and 2FA changes.

Mobile-only push

If you want push on phone but not desktop, install the mobile app and disable desktop browser push from your browser settings.

Digest mode

If 'Daily digest' is on, low-priority notifications bundle into one email per day. Reduces noise without missing anything.
