Share system access.

When you buy a system, you can grant access to specific team members or your whole team — without sharing passwords.

Sharing access in Onremo doesn't mean sharing passwords. Each team member uses their own login; SSO handles the rest.

You can share full access (read + write) or read-only access. For some systems you can also share specific resources (e.g. a single project, not the whole workspace).

Step by step

1. Go to Panel

From the Onremo header, click 'Panel.' Find the system you want to share.

2. Open the system's settings

Click the three-dot menu on the system card and choose 'Sharing.' Or open the system and look for the 'Share' button (usually top right).

3. Add team members

Type names or pick from the team list. You can also select 'Whole team' to grant access to everyone in the workspace.

4. Choose permission level

Each member can be Owner (full control), Editor (read + write), or Viewer (read only). The default is Editor.

5. Send invites

Click 'Save.' Each member receives a notification and the system appears on their Panel within seconds.

Tips and common situations

Use groups, not individuals

If you frequently share the same systems with the same people, create a group in Account → Team → Groups. Then share with the group instead of picking individuals each time.

Revoking access is one click

Same sharing screen, click the X next to a member's name. They lose access immediately.

Subscriptions vs one-time

For subscription systems, each shared seat may incur an additional cost (depending on the system's pricing). Check the system's pricing model first.
